Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the 12dbmc Secretariat (e-mail/fax).
Cancellation received before 12th March 2011: 100% refund (transfer/ handling costs 80€)
Cancellation received as after 12th March 2011: no refunds.
