Facilities

The Unit is located at FEUP – Faculty of Engineering University of Porto. It occupies a number of offices in building L – 4^th floor.

The New Energy Technologies Lab is located in room L402 and rooftop of building L:

With an area of about 200 m² , it has facilities and conditions for:

	testing of solar thermal collectors
	testing of heat exchangers
	testing of refrigeration equipment and heat pumps
	testing of ventilation and air movement
	testing of fluidised bed combustion
	numerical simulation with FLUENT software
	numerical simulation with TRNSYS software
	numerical simulation with IDA-ICE software
