Recognize the inevitability and (dis) functionalities of conflicts within a group; know how to manage them constructively. Know the characteristics of a group vs. a team and control their most common behavioral dynamics. Identify/control aspects that (dis) motivate individuals and apply strategies to develop teamwork.
