Know the challenges of the Monitor role and the investment required (in the FEUP Project); Identify the main developmental tasks characteristic of late adolescence/early adulthood. Adapt communication styles to their interlocutors, taking into account the role they will play and the different contexts in which the action takes place.
Recognize the inevitability and (dis) functionalities of conflicts within a group; know how to manage them constructively. Know the characteristics of a group vs. a team and control their most common behavioral dynamics. Identify/control aspects that (dis) motivate individuals and apply strategies to develop teamwork.
