| Description: | The Doctoral Program in Transport Systems (DPTS) is a joint organization of the Universities of Porto (FEUP), Lisbon, and Coimbra, carried out in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The program was offered for the first time in the academic year 2010-11, and more recently, in 2013, it acquired the status of FCT PhD Program, and the corresponding funding (including 10 PhD scholarships per year), after being awarded by FCT the highest rating (9 on 10) among 450 applications (FCT is the National Science Foundation of Portugal). |
