Mining and Geo-Environmental Engineering

AREAS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRY Exploration, exploitation and processing of metallic, industrial and fuel ores, ornamental stones and inert materials. Fields of activity: (i) industries exploiting geologic resources such as mines, quarries, cement manufacturing and water industries; (ii) civil construction involving earth moving and transport such as tunnels and dams; (iii) Services: applied research laboratories, state licensing and surveillance services, design and planning departments and consultants. ENVIRONMENT Environmental survey and impact analysis; Environmental technologies dealing with solid waste treatment and disposal; remediation of contaminated underground water and soil cleaning. Fields of activity: Companies working in the geo-environmental areas, design and engineering offices, territorial planning services. NUMERUS CLAUSUS: 25
