Summary: "De Par em Par" trata de "abrir a sala de aula" a outros docentes, Pares de profissão. Para atingir os objetivos referidos será organizado um esquema de observação de pares inter institucional destinado aos docentes interessados e pensado como instrumento de melhoria do seu desempenho. O processo formativo decorre da reflexão sobre as observações, complementado por sessões de formação, resultantes das evidências que os registos devolverem. Serão desenvolvidas ações de disseminação e estabelecidas redes com outras Universidades do espaço lusófono, a quem a iniciativa interesse. O projeto conclui com um seminário internacional para apresentação de resultados e partilha de experiências.
