Mission:	The Human Resources Division has as mission the recruitment, selection and integration, management and development of the Faculty of Engineering’s human resources.
Description:	The Human Resources Division is responsible for: Keep updated the human resources databases and the staff individual files. Instruct and manage the administrative processes according to the established labor liaisons. Raise management indicators and ensure their actuality. Produce the human resources reports, according to the laws or on according to hierarchical official instructions. Raise staff's training needs and therefore contribute for the implementation of a training policy and professional development of the staff. Manage the professional assessment processes. Promote integration actions for the new elements, assuring their identification with the nature, objectives, aims and culture of the institution.
Schedule:	Daily from 10h00 to 12h00 and 14h30 to 16h30.
