| Mission: | To ensure all activities regarding the administration, management and support in the following areas: Program management, Access, admission and certification and also Student management. This is done in accordance with instructions from the ministry and guidelines from the government bodies of FEUP, always having the relationship with students as a major vector of its activities. |
| Description: | The Academic Services carry out their activity in the field of administration, management and in the support to undergraduate and post-graduate training and continuing education. The Academic Services are organized in the following areas:

Student Management e-mail: percurso.academico@fe.up.pt - FEUP has a web solution to dispense tickets for the face-to-face support of the Academic Services. You can access the app at http://feup.qmagine.com/. Users who wish to use this app must first register. That registration can be made via Facebook’s personal account or by creating a manual registration. For IT security reasons, we recommend you use different credentials from the ones you usually use in SIGARRA. - You can find information regarding the under 23 public transport pass card at Declaration sub23 (under 23) - If you have to pick-up a certificate and you want it to be sent by post mail, please send an e-mail to certificacao@fe.up.pt, from the official e-mail address included in your student’s personal page |
