Coordinating Committee for Evaluation
The members of the Coordinating Committee for Evaluation are the Dean of FEUP, who presides; the Sub-Dean of FEUP and the Manager of the Human Resources Service. Two Directors of Departments and two Directors of Services of FEUP are also members of the Coordinating Committee for Evaluation, during by one year of mandate.
The Coordinating Committee for Evaluation has the following competences:
- To establish directrices for an objective and harmonic application of the staff performance evaluation system;
- To guarantee the selectivity of the evaluation system, confirming the final evaluations that are equal or higher to Very Good;
- To give opinion about the claims of the evaluated;
- To do the performance evaluation when the higher hierarchic is not present;
- To propose the adoption of specific systems of evaluation, according to the terms of the law nr. 10/2004, of 22th of March (creates the performance evaluation system of Public Administration – SIADAP)
