Dissemination projects and actions

The Unit is involved in the dissemination of specific energy systems (related to on-going R&D projects), and also in other general dissemination activities related to new energy technologies.

The Unit has co-founded and co-manages the World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies (WSSET). As a non-profit organization, WSSET shall play a role in consolidating practical partnerships between academe, governments and industry to bring about a sustainable future for the sake of ourselves and our planet.

The Unit has been involved in a Renewable Energy network between EU and India, partially funded by the European Commission: RENET. The aim of RENET is to develop links between industry, research centres, universities, decision entities and opinion makers, regarding the application of renewable energies.
