Registration notes

  1. Final registration deadline for authors

  2. Participant registration

    The participant registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, lunches, coffee breaks and conference materials.

  3. Accompanying person registration

    The accompanying person registration includes the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner only.

  4. Independent registration

    Accompanying persons must complete their own registration independently from the main attendee’s registration.

  5. Paper coverage

    For each participant registration, up to two accepted papers may be presented and included in the registration. The paper IDs must be indicated in the specific section of the registration form (for two papers, please indicate ID1 / ID2).

  6. Paper presentation

    Each accepted paper must be presented by one of its authors during the conference.

  7. Visa invitation letters

    Invitation letters for visa application purposes will be sent to participants who request one during registration, after payment has been completed.

Eligibility

Verification requirements

  1. IEEE member verification

    IEEE, PES or IAS members must provide their membership number during registration and present a current membership card for verification at the conference.

  2. Student eligibility

    Student rates are limited to full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Valid student identification, an IEEE membership card where applicable, or an official document issued by the student’s home university will be required for verification.

Registration policy

Cancellation policy

  1. Full refund

    Cancellations received by this date will be refunded in full, minus an administration fee of €80.

  2. 50% refund

    Cancellations received during this period will be refunded at 50% of the total registration value.

  3. No refund

    No refund is available for cancellations received after this date.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The dedicated conference contact address will be published when registration opens.
