Preparation workflow

Before you submit

Three checkpoints take authors from the call to an IEEE Xplore-ready final paper.

  1. Review the call

    Confirm that the contribution fits the conference scope and plan against the published Important Dates.

  2. Prepare the manuscript

    • Abstracts may contain up to 2 pages.
    • Upon acceptance, a full paper of 5–6 pages must be submitted through the paper submission system using the IEEE conference two-column format.
    • PDF files must be searchable, include all fonts and must not be password-protected.

  3. Submission process

    The submission platform and review model will be announced here.

    At least one co-author of each accepted paper must provide proof of full registration fee payment and present the work in person.

    Accepted papers presented at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Author policy

Use of Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Manuscripts generated wholly or substantially by Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, are not permitted.

  • Limited use of LLMs for light editing purposes only — such as grammar, spelling or minor language refinement — is allowed.

  • During the submission process, authors will be required to certify that the manuscript represents their original work and complies with IEEE policies on authorship and the use of AI tools.
